Cancellation Policy

A nonrefundable charge of 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance will be due 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations are not allowed after 48 hours. Reschedules are not allowed after 24 hours. All events must complete their "Exit Tasks". If these tasks are not completed, the account on file will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.
