*Please note that times booked are exact times. Please allow yourself enough time to "set up & clean up" in your allotted time as someone is booked after you. You are not to arrive early as someone can be in there before you. If you arrive on time and the client before you is still there, please call us right away. We do have security cameras in both our large room and boudoir room for security purposes only. It is in place in the event there were an injury, incident, break in, damages caused by clients etc. This is also there for the photographers/guests protection. If anything were to happen that the photographer/guest and legal action needed to occur, we would be able to assist. Props, backdrops and other items in the studio can be used and moved to your need. Please return everything back to its original location.  Any messes need to be cleaned up immediately. If you see damages upon arrival, please notify us immediately. If any damages occur, please notify us immediately. Charges may occur for damages upon review. Cancellation, reschedules and refunds are not available 24 hours before your booking.
